Stefano is one of the most accomplished sport climbers in the World. Ever.
On rock he has climbed four routes graded 9b+, eight 9b’s, and heaps of 9a+’s and 9a’s.
On the competition scene he has six World Cup victories and a total of 15 podiums
In 2021 he took the overall World Cup title in Lead, after finishing second in 2017 and 2018.
Lately, he has begun to shift his focus a bit and taken interest in, i.e become obsessed with, super hard bouldering and has made two trips to the World’s first 9A, Burden of Dreams, in Finland.
When he’s not there, chances are you’ll find him on his other project, the World’s first 9c route, at Flatanger, Norway.
He has made good progress on both of these, so hopefully he can soon add them to his long ticklist.
